Parampora celebrates India's rich cultural heritage, craftsmanship and timeless design. It brings sarees from India's regional weaving traditions together in one place for a contemporary audience, while creating meaningful participation opportunities for women.
From the weaver's hands to your wardrobe: no shortcuts, no mass production, just craft.
Parampora means tradition. Each saree is tied to a real craft from a real region, so you know exactly what you are wearing and where it comes from.
Silk brocade with fine zari work, woven in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. A wedding classic.
Heavy mulberry silk from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, with temple borders and a lustrous finish.
Jamdani, Tant and Kantha from West Bengal: light, breathable and hand-detailed.
Soft-draping silk from Karnataka with zari borders, made to be worn for years.
Also in our range: Tussar, Chanderi, Maheshwari, Sambalpuri, Ikat, Chikankari and more, with new weaves added regularly.
Parampora sarees are sourced directly from weaver clusters across India, with no middlemen. That means authentic handwoven textiles at honest prices, and weavers who are paid what their skill deserves.
Parampora is owned and operated by Anubhuti Culture India, a company built to create independence and income for women. Behind every saree is a family carrying forward a craft that is generations old.
India's textile heritage is local. This is our map of the handloom, print and embroidery traditions we work with and learn from. Some are in our collection today, and more are on the way.
Silk, cotton or wool, chosen to suit the land and climate of the region.
Hand-dyeing, including tie-dye and mud or wax resist.
Hand-guided weaving on the loom, with printing, painting or embroidery following the same process.
Borders set by hand, tassels knotted and final details added. Small natural variations are the mark of a human maker.

Chanderi, organza and tussar for a lighter, graceful look.
Kasavu, Ilkal and Bengal Tant, easy to drape and comfortable all day.
Sourced from weaver clusters, so the people who make each saree are paid fairly for it.
Every piece is chosen for its craft, its fabric and the story of where it comes from.
Premium yarns, careful finishing and honest descriptions.
Pan-India shipping, 7-day easy returns and sarees for every budget.
Parampora means tradition: skill, patterns and patience passed from one generation to the next. Our tagline is Hand Crafted Heritage.
Parampora is a brand owned and operated by Anubhuti Culture India, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
A handloom is controlled by hand, so each saree has small natural variations. A powerloom is machine-driven and produces identical pieces at scale.
A Geographical Indication tag certifies that a craft belongs to a specific region. Banarasi, Kanchipuram, Paithani and Patan Patola are well-known GI-tagged examples.
Follow the care label. Most silk and zari sarees are best dry-cleaned. Store them folded in cotton or muslin and refold them from time to time.
Yes. Parampora ships across India and offers 7-day easy returns. You can pay by UPI, cards or net banking.
