These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Anubhuti Culture India website and your relationship with Anubhuti Culture India and its brands, Ayush Mitra and Parampora. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Anubhuti Culture India is an Indian company and the parent house of Ayush Mitra (a women-led social-commerce community) and Parampora (a handcrafted heritage saree brand).
Submitting a form on this website (Contact or Enterprise Enquiry) does not automatically grant membership, distributorship, or any contractual relationship. All enquiries are reviewed and confirmed separately by our team through direct communication.
Ayush Mitra membership is structured as a one-time joining fee that converts into product credit — not a financial investment or a guaranteed-return scheme. Members purchase products at member pricing and are free to resell at a price of their choosing. Anubhuti Culture India does not guarantee any specific level of income, and earnings depend entirely on a member's own effort and sales.
Any wholesale, distributor, or retail-stocking relationship with Parampora is subject to a separate written agreement covering pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms, to be discussed after an initial enquiry.
